House Rules

To help make your time here enjoyable for everyone, we kindly ask that you keep the following house rules in mind:

🕑 Check-in: From 14:00
🕙 Check-out: By 10:00

👥 Guests Only
Our apartments are reserved for registered, paying guests only. Unfortunately, no day visitors are allowed.

🔇 Quiet Time
Please note that if this rule is not respected, we may be left with no choice but to ask you to leave the premises without a refund.

To ensure everyone enjoys a peaceful stay, we kindly ask that quiet hours be observed between 22:00 PM and 07:00 AM.

We live in a quiet, residential area, so we appreciate your help in keeping noise to a minimum at all times – not just during those hours.
🎵 If you’re enjoying music, please keep it indoors and at a soft volume.

🚭 No Smoking Inside
Smoking is not allowed indoors. You’re welcome to smoke outside – please use the ashtrays provided.

🌱 Kind to Nature, Kind to Each Other
Please switch off lights, heaters, and appliances when not in use.
Let’s keep the space tidy and leave only footprints behind.

🗑 Rubbish & Recycling
Please place full bin bags in the outside bin. Fresh bin liners are available under the sink.

🏠 Treat it Like Home
We ask that you take care of the apartment as if it were your own.
Accidents happen – just let us know if something breaks.

🌬 Open Air, Safe Home
Please leave the windows open to allow for fresh air and good ventilation. Just be sure to lock the doors securely when you head out.

🎉 No Parties or Events
Parties and loud gatherings are not permitted.

💛 Most Important of All – Feel at Home
